Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 10, 2011 to consider HCR 146, SB 1364, and SB 1462, the House Committee on Border & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Veronica, at 8:49 a.m.
