Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2011, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 5:35 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Orr; Garza; Giddings; Miller, Sid; Quintanilla; and Workman.

A quorum was present.

At 8:45 p.m., on the motion of Representative Deshotel and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
