Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
April 28, 2011, and receiving permission on April 28, 2011 to meet while the
house is in session, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a
formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel,
at 5:21 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:

Representative Workman moved to reconsider the vote
by which the measure was reported from committee. The motion to reconsider prevailed without
