Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 4, 2011 to hear SB 238, SB 472, SB 767, SB 1368 and pending business, and receiving permission on May 4, 2011 to meet while the house is in session, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 6:38 p.m.
