Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2011, and a suspension of all necessary rules made on the House floor on March 2, 2011, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 10:00 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Bonnen; Cook; Geren; King, Tracy O.; Kolkhorst; Lucio III; Rodriguez, Eddie; Solomons; Truitt; and Zerwas.

A quorum was present.

Representative Hunter moved to place the following measure:

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

At 10:03 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
