Pursuant to House Rule 3, Section 5(2), and House
Rule 6, Section 16(f), The House Committee on Calendars proposes the following
rule governing floor consideration of CSSB 18:
All
original amendments to CSSB 18 that will be offered during second reading
consideration must be filed with the chief clerk not later than 10:00 am,
Tuesday, April 12, 2011.
Representative Hunter moved to adopt the proposed
rule for floor consideration on SB 18. The motion prevailed by the
