Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 15, 2011 and having been granted permission to meet while the House is in session on April 15, 2011, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 10:45 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Coleman; Cook; Geren; King, Tracy O.; Kolkhorst; Lucio III; Ritter; Solomons; and Truitt.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Hunter moved to place the following measure: 

 

on the Major State Calendar for Tuesday, April 19, 2011:  HB 2694.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

At 10:47 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
