Pursuant to House Rule 3, Section 5(2), and House Rule 6, Section 16(f), The House Committee on Calendars proposes the following rule governing floor consideration of HB 3790:

 

Each original amendment to C.S.H.B. 3790 that will be offered during second reading consideration must be filed with the chief clerk not later than  10 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2011.
