Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 29, 2011, and having been granted permission to meet while the House is in session on April 29, 2011, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 12:15 p.m.

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
