Pursuant to a notice posted on May 7, 2011, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 3:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Bonnen; Cook; Geren; Keffer; Kolkhorst; Ritter; Solomons; Truitt; and Zerwas.

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Hunter moved to place the following measures: 

 

on the Emergency Calendar for Monday, May 9, 2011:  HB 12.

 

on the Major State Calendar for Monday, May 9, 2011:  HB 400.

Representative Hunter moved to place the following measures: 

 

on the Major State Calendar for Tuesday, May 10, 2011:  HB 13, HB 3517.

 

on the Constitutional Amendments Calendar for Tuesday, May 10, 2011:  HJR 109.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
