Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 10, 2011, and having been granted permission to meet while the house is in session on May 10, 2011, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 10:05 p.m.

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays: None (0).

Present, Not Voting: None (0).

Absent: Representatives Bonnen; Coleman; Cook; Kolkhorst; Lucio III (5).
