Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 19, 2011, and having been granted permission to meet while the house is in session on May 19, 2011, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 5:15 p.m.

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes: Representatives Hunter; Bonnen; Cook; Geren; Keffer; King, Tracy O.; Kolkhorst; Lucio III; Ritter; Rodriguez, Eddie; Solomons; Truitt (12).

Nays: None (0).

Present, Not Voting: None (0).

Absent: Representatives Branch; Coleman; Zerwas (3).

At 5:18 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
