Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 13, 2011 and an announcement from the House floor on April 13, 2011, the House Committee on Redistricting met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Mike Villarreal, at 2:20 p.m.
