Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2011,  and pursuant to a suspension of the rules to allow all committees to meet while the House is in session during the reading the reading and referral of bills on March 10, 2011, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:28 AM.
