Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 22, 2011, and pursuant to a suspension of the rules to allow the Committee on County Affairs to meet while the House is in session during the reading the reading and referral of bills on March 22, 2011, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:57 a.m.
