Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and
permission to meet while the House is in session during the reading and
referral of bills on March 29, 2011, the House Committee on County Affairs met
in a formal meeting and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative
Marquez, at 1:33 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:

and White.
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 2964.
Representative Coleman offered a complete committee
substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without
objection.

substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
