Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2011, revised on March 25, 2011, and a suspension
of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules to add HB 2266 on March 29,
2011, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 7:28 p.m.
