Pursuant to a notice posted on September 2, 2011, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 10:10 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Marquez; Gonzales, Larry; and White.

Representative Kolkhorst and Senator Van de Putte attended the hearing.

At 3:02 p.m., on the motion of Representative Coleman and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
