April 14, 2011, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 4:31
p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:

The chair directed that the March 29, 2011 minutes
for the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence be corrected. The corrected
minutes were authorized without objection.
