Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 20, 2011, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 1:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gallego; Hartnett; Carter; Rodriguez, Eddie; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative  Zedler moved that the April 12, 2011 minutes for the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 1:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
