Pursuant to notice posted on May 12, 2011, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on May 13, 2011, to consider all bills previously posted for Tuesday, May 17, 2011. The House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 9:24 a.m.
