Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2011, the House Committee on Technology met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pena, at 8:06 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pena; Button; Howard, Donna; and Munoz, Jr..

A quorum was present.
