Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2012, the House Committee on Technology met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pena, at 9:20am.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pena; Button and Donna Howard.

A quorum was present.

At 12:49 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
