Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2011, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 8:05 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, John; Vo; Anderson, Rodney; Murphy; Reynolds; and Sheets.

A quorum was present.

At 9:57 a.m., on the motion of Representative Davis and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
