Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 29, 2011, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 1:36 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, John; Anderson, Rodney; Miles; Murphy; Reynolds; and Sheets.

The chair laid out HB 735 as pending business.

 

Representative Anderson, Rodney offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Murphy moved that HB 735, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
