Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
April 13, 2011, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business
Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Davis, John, at 11:55 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Davis, John; Vo; Anderson, Rodney; Murphy; and Sheets.
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the April 7, 2011 minutes
for the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development be
corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on
