Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 29, 2011, and permission granted to meet while the house was in session on April 29, 2011, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 12:06 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, John; Vo; Miles; and Murphy.

The chair laid out SB 1176.
