Pursuant to a notice posted on November 1, 2011, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 10:12 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, John; Vo; Anderson, Rodney; Murphy; Reynolds; and Sheets.

 

A quorum was present.
