Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2011, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 2:07 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Keffer; Crownover; Carter; Davis, John; Lozano; Sheffield; and Strama.

A quorum was present.

At 4:49 p.m., on the motion of Representative Keffer and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
