CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 28, 2011, the House Committee on Energy Resources authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Energy Resources held on April 14, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 14, 2011, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 12:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Keffer; Crownover; Carter; Craddick; Davis, John; Howard, Charlie; Lozano; Sheffield; and Strama.

 

A quorum was present.


 

The chair directed that the April 6, 2011 minutes for the House Committee on Energy Resources be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

HB 3110

 

The chair laid out HB 3110 as pending business.

 

Representative Crownover offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Howard, Charlie moved that HB 3110, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
