Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 4, 2011, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 9:55 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Keffer; Crownover; Carter; Craddick; Davis, John; Howard, Charlie; Lozano; and Strama.

 

A quorum was present.

 

HB 3328

 

The chair laid out HB 3328 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Strama moved that HB 3328, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Keffer; Crownover; Carter; Howard, Charlie; Lozano; Strama (6).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Craddick; Davis, John (2).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representative Sheffield (1).

 

At 9:57 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
