Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2011, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 10, 2011, to add Senate Bill 105 and to change the time of the hearing from 2 pm or upon final adjournment/ recess to 8 am, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 8:07 a.m.
