Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2011, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Energy Resources and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 2:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smith, Wayne; Farrar; Aliseda; Burnam; Hancock; Legler; and Reynolds.

 

A quorum was present.
