April 11, 2011, and permission to meet while the House was in session, during
the referral of bills on April 11, 2011, the House Committee on Environmental
Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Smith, Wayne, at 2:40 p.m.

Committee on Environmental Regulation be corrected. The corrected minutes were
