Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
April 28, 2011, and permission to meet while the house was in session on April
28, 2011, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at
2:34 p.m.

that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and
