Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
May 9, 2011, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at
1:42 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:

Representative Legler moved that SB 615,
without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed.

Representative Aliseda offered a complete committee
substitute.
The chair explained HB 2639.
The committee substitute was adopted without
objection.

substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The
motion prevailed by the following record vote:
