Pursuant to a notice posted on June 21, 2012, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Articles VI, VII, and VIII to examine the  effectiveness of the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) since its inception in 2001 and determine whether the emissions reduced justify the amounts that have been appropriated since 2001, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 1:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smith, Wayne; and Farrar.

 


 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:44 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
