Pursuant to a notice posted on October 29, 2012, the House Committee on General Revenue Dedicated Accounts, Interim met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative John Otto, at 1:07 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Otto; Gonzales, Larry; Harless; and Howard, Donna.

 

A quorum was present.

The committee heard testimony from resource witnesses from the Legislative Budget Board.
