Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2011 and being granted permission on March 10, 2011 to meet while the House is in session during bill referrals, the House Committee on Government Efficiency & Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 11:36 a.m.
