Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 2011 and being granted permission to meet while the house is in session, during bill referral, the House Committee on Government Efficiency & Reform met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 2:48 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Lucio III; Cain; Frullo; Munoz, Jr.; and Zedler.

Representative Callegari offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
