Pursuant to a notice posted on November 27, 2012, the House Committee on Government Efficiency & Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 10:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Frullo; Harper-Brown; Munoz, Jr.; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee discussed and made recommendations for the interim report to the 83^rd Legislature and made certain recommendations regarding the committee’s Texas Red Tape Challenge.

 

At 11:10 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
