On April 13, 2011, the House Committee on Higher
Education authorized the correction of the
minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Higher Education held
on April 7, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
April 7, 2011, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting
and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 5:41 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Branch; Castro; Alonzo; Brown; Lewis; and Patrick, Diane.
A quorum was present.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without
objection.
