Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 5, 2011, and permission granted to meet while the House is in session on May 5, 2011, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 11:47 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Branch; Brown; Howard, Donna; Johnson; and Lewis.
