Pursuant to a notice posted on August 24, 2011, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 10:25 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Branch; Johnson; and Patrick, Diane.

At 12:27 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed subject to the call of the chair.
