Pursuant to a notice posted on June 5, 2012, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a joint public hearing with the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Article III and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 9:15 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Branch; Howard, Donna; Patrick, Diane; and Raney.
