Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2011, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 8:35 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Gonzalez, Naomi; Hunter; Naishtat; and Taylor, Van.

Representative Gonzalez, Naomi offered a complete committee substitute.
