On April 11, 2011, the House Committee on Judiciary
& Civil Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence held on April 4, 2011. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2011, revised on March 30, 2011, and permission
granted to meet during bill referral on April 4, 2011, and pursuant to a
suspension of the 5 day posting rule to hear HB 2028 on April 4, 2011, the House
Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and
was called to order by the chair, Representative Jackson, Jim, at 3:00 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
