Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 5, 2011, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Torts, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Madden, at 7:34 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Madden; Davis, Sarah; and Lewis.

The chair laid out HB 2031, HB 2437, HB 2661, and HB 3673 as pending business.

The chair recognized Representative Kleinschmidt to close on HB 2661.

 

The chair recognized Representative Creighton to close on HB 274.

 

The chair recognized Representative Sheets to close on HB 2437.
