MINUTES
On May 18, 2011, the House Committee on Judiciary
& Civil Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence held on May 13, 2011. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
May 13, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session, the House
Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and
was called to order by the chair, Representative Jackson, Jim, at 2:38 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Jackson, Jim; Lewis; Castro; Hartnett; Madden; and Scott.
A quorum was present.
HCR 141
The chair laid out HCR 141 as pending business.
The chair offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without
objection.
