Pursuant to a notice posted on March 3, 2011, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hamilton, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hamilton; Quintanilla; Driver; Geren; Harless; and Kuempel.

 

A quorum was present.


 

HB 82

 

The chair laid out HB 82.

 

The chair recognized Representative Flynn to explain HB 82.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
